Please specify the date as accurately as you can. If you are unsure of the date, check the above checkbox and specify only the portion of the date that you know.
If you are reasonably sure you know what species of bat you saw, please indicate it here. You can indicate how certain you are below. If you saw more than one species, please fill out a separate form for each.
Please indicate your level of confidence in identification of the species
If you feel that the bat or bats in your area are a "nuisance", please check this box. Your submission will be passed on to NSDNR regional services. To learn more about about when bats become a nuisance, click here.
Please select the type of structure the bat was seen using. Select "Other" and fill in the space provided if your selection is not available on the list.
